Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MyFuture.careers (the “Services”), a brand of NexDoc AI Inc., a Delaware corporation located at 1007 N Orange St., Wilmington, DE 19801, USA (“NexDoc,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Who We Are

MyFuture.careers provides an AI-assisted, human-reviewed career assessment experience and delivers a personalized Career Blueprint PDF. Starting an assessment is free; purchasing a final report requires payment of the stated fee (currently $19.90 USD, unless a valid referral or promotional discount applies).

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. You represent that information you provide is accurate and that you will keep your contact email current so we can deliver magic links and reports.

3. Accounts, Magic Links, and Session Security

Access to an assessment session is typically provided via a passwordless magic link sent to the email address you provide. You are responsible for keeping that email account secure and for not sharing resume links with unauthorized persons. We may invalidate sessions that appear compromised, abusive, or fraudulent.

4. The Assessment and Your Content

You may enter text responses and, if available, use voice dictation to produce text answers. You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant NexDoc a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, review, and use that content to provide the Services, generate your report, improve our systems (including in aggregated or de-identified form), and meet legal obligations.

You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to share. Do not upload or dictate third-party confidential information without authorization.

5. AI-Assisted, Human-Reviewed Deliverables

Career Blueprints are generated using AI tooling and may be reviewed or refined by our strategy team. Outputs are personalized guidance based on the information you provide and available market context. They are not professional medical, legal, financial, immigration, or psychological advice, and they do not guarantee admission, employment, income, or any particular outcome.

You remain solely responsible for your education, career, and life decisions. Always verify important facts (program requirements, costs, licensing, local job markets) with primary sources before acting.

6. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

Prices are displayed before checkout and charged in USD via Stripe. Taxes may apply where required. Payment is due when you choose to submit and order your report. Until payment succeeds, we are not obligated to generate or deliver a final Career Blueprint.

Referral or promo codes may change the price if valid and applied before checkout. We may modify pricing for future purchases; changes will not affect orders already paid unless required by law.

7. Delivery

After successful payment, we aim to deliver your Career Blueprint within one (1) business day to the email associated with your session, via a secure download link. Delivery timing may be affected by incomplete responses, suspected fraud, force majeure, or email deliverability issues outside our control. 8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes;
• Attempt to bypass security controls, CAPTCHAs, or payment gates;
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the Services except as allowed by law;
• Impersonate others or create sessions with false contact information;
• Resell or redistribute Career Blueprints as a competing commercial product without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, abuse, or risk to the Services or other users.

9. Intellectual Property

The Services, branding, software, questionnaires, templates, and site content are owned by NexDoc AI Inc. or its licensors. Your purchased Career Blueprint is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use (including sharing with parents, counselors, or mentors advising you). You may not claim our trademarks as your own.

10. Third-Party Services

The Services integrate third parties such as Stripe (payments), Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection), email delivery providers, speech-to-text providers, and cloud storage. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their processing. Mentorship features that involve uploading your PDF into ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools are optional and governed by those providers’ terms once you leave our Services.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT REPORTS WILL MEET YOUR SUBJECTIVE EXPECTATIONS IN EVERY CASE—SUBJECT TO OUR STATED REFUND GUARANTEES.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEXDOC AI INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (US $50). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE CASES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED.

13. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify NexDoc AI Inc. against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Exclusive venue for disputes that are not resolved informally will lie in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless applicable law requires otherwise. You may also have consumer rights that cannot be waived in your place of residence.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Material changes will apply going forward. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
