Privacy Policy

MyFuture.careers (“MyFuture,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a brand of NexDoc AI Inc., a Delaware corporation with its registered address at 1007 N Orange St., Wilmington, DE 19801, USA. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit myfuture.careers, use our assessment product, request sample reports, or otherwise interact with our services (collectively, the “Services”).

By using the Services, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. For questions, contact us at support@myfuture.careers.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide

• Identity and contact data — full name and email address when you start an assessment, request a magic resume link, or request sample reports.
• Assessment responses — answers to our career questionnaire, including RIASEC card ratings and deep-dive responses. You may provide information about interests, education plans, finances, location preferences, health or neurodivergent considerations, and other personal boundaries you choose to share.
• Voice input — if you use voice dictation, your spoken answers are converted to text by our speech-to-text provider (see Service Providers below). We store the resulting text as part of your assessment session; we do not intentionally retain raw audio as a permanent product record.
• Payment-related information — when you purchase a Career Blueprint, payment card details are collected and processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. We may receive limited billing metadata (for example, payment status, amount, and Stripe identifiers) needed to fulfill your order.
• Support communications — messages you send to us by email or other channels.

Information collected automatically

• Device and usage data — such as IP address, browser type, approximate location derived from IP, pages viewed, referring URLs, and timestamps, as typically logged by our hosting and security infrastructure.
• Local session data — draft assessment answers may be saved temporarily in your browser (for example, IndexedDB or similar local storage) so you can pause and resume. This local cache is intended to be cleared after successful submission and payment.
• Bot-protection signals (Cloudflare Turnstile) — see Section 4 below.

2. How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Services;
• Create and secure assessment sessions and send magic resume links;
• Deliver sample reports and transactional emails you request;
• Process payments and fulfill Career Blueprint orders;
• Generate and deliver your personalized report, including human-in-the-loop review by our strategy team;
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and automated attacks;
• Respond to support requests and enforce our Terms of Service;
• Comply with legal obligations; and
• Improve our AI profiling and product quality using aggregated or de-identified insights where practicable. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Sensitive Information

Some assessment questions may invite you to share sensitive details (for example, health, disability, or neurodivergence-related constraints). Provide only what you are comfortable sharing. We treat this information as confidential, use it solely to personalize your Career Blueprint and improve service quality, and do not sell it. If you prefer not to share sensitive details, you may omit them or contact support@myfuture.careers for guidance.

4. Cloudflare Turnstile (Bot Protection)

We use Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-focused challenge service, to help protect forms and APIs (including sample-report requests and assessment identity gates) from bots, spam, and abuse.

When Turnstile runs on a page:

• Cloudflare may collect and process technical signals about your browser, device, and network environment (which can include IP address, user-agent, and other bot-detection signals) solely to determine whether a request is likely human or automated.
• These signals are processed for security and abuse prevention—not to build advertising profiles or sell your data.
• Cloudflare acts as a service provider / processor for signals processed on our behalf to protect the Services. Cloudflare may also process certain Turnstile data as an independent controller to improve Turnstile’s bot-detection capabilities, as described in Cloudflare’s policies.

For details specific to Turnstile, please review Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum and Cloudflare Privacy Policy. Where applicable privacy laws require a lawful basis, we rely on our legitimate interest in securing the Services and preventing automated abuse.

5. Service Providers

We share personal information with trusted vendors only as needed to operate the Services, under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations where appropriate, including:

• Stripe — payment processing;
• Resend (or similar email providers) — transactional email delivery;
• Cloudflare — Turnstile bot protection and related infrastructure;
• TypeStream (or similar speech-to-text providers) — voice dictation / transcription for assessment answers;
• Cloud storage providers (for example, Cloudflare R2 or compatible object storage) — secure storage of generated reports and related files;
• Hosting and database providers — application hosting and data persistence;
• Human reviewers on our team — to quality-check and finalize Career Blueprints.

We may also disclose information if required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of NexDoc AI Inc., our users, or others.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use essential technologies required to operate the Services (for example, session security and Turnstile verification). We do not use third-party advertising cookies to track you across unrelated sites for marketing. Your browser may also store local draft assessment data as described above.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, fulfill orders, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. Sample lead records (name and email) may be retained to respond to your request and for legitimate follow-up related to the Services. You may ask us to delete account or session data subject to legal retention needs; contact support@myfuture.careers.

8. Security

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls for administrative tools, and secure payment handling via Stripe. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Services are intended for high school and college students and families making education and career decisions. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact support@myfuture.careers and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

10. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live (including under applicable U.S. state privacy laws or GDPR/UK GDPR if they apply to you), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email support@myfuture.careers. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

California residents: we do not “sell” or “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are commonly defined under the CCPA/CPRA. You may still contact us to exercise access, deletion, and related rights.

11. International Users

NexDoc AI Inc. is based in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. Those jurisdictions may have different data-protection laws than your home country.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy where permitted by law.
